  • WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?

    Birthday parties,milestones, gender reveals, weddings ,Baby showers,Holiday parties, Mom groups, Pop ups, Any Corporate events, Play dates, Park events, and any community events. We can add a soft play playground to any event of choice.

  • HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK?

    We recommend you book atleast 3 months in advance. It’s never too early to book us for your special occasion – if you have your eye on a date in the future, please fill out the Hire Us form to get started!

  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO & IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

    Delivery is free if the event is within 15 miles of Newtown, PA. Any event further will receive a custom price tailored to the event location.

  • DO YOU SET UP THE EQUIPMENT?

    Ofcourse! Set up and take down is included in your total price. Renters will be responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time.

  • HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT & HOW OFTEN?

    Our equipment including our ball pit balls are throughly sanitized and disinfected before each event! We use a non toxic solution which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, and germs.

  • DO YOU SET UP OUTDOORS?

    Absolutely! As long as the weather permits. We do require you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones. Keep in mind when booking we will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing.
    Concrete, grass, or floor is recommended.

  • IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

    At the time of booking a $100 refundable deposit will be required to secure your requested date. In addition the deposit is held to ensure our equipment is returned with no damage. If all equipment is returned with no damage, your deposit will be sent back to you within 24 hours of your event.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Should you need to cancel, please make sure you notify us ASAP. You’ll have up to 30 days from your scheduled event to cancel for a full refund. After that date, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We currently accept all our payments through Zelle, PayPal, саsh, Bank account.
